It is simple to reschedule a booking via our website. The video below gives full instructions and shows what it looks like on a desktop PC. If you are using a mobile phone, the instructions are very similar. Please do get in touch if you need further clarification.

Becoming a site member

To become a site member, simply click on "Sign Up as a Member" website's homepage or in the navigation menu (top left). From there, you will be prompted to enter your personal information and create a username and password. Once have completed the registration process you will have access all of the member-only features and content on the site.

Please note - your membership will not be approved until you complete your induction walk

Resetting your password


To reset your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page and follow the instructions provided. You will receive an email with a link reset your password. Please check spam just incase the message has gone in ther by accident. If you are having any problems, please contact us.

Loging In


You can log in by clicking on the "Login" button on the top right corner of the website and entering your email address and password.
